Correct tracking मिलने के बाद delivered date, receiver name, receiver department, signature, delivery photo और GPS location verify करें।

Mobile clarification और tracking को correct student, Diploma or PG Diploma course, academic session, books order और complaint number से map कराएं।

Warehouse search में security, reception, wrong department, pending inward, unmapped parcel और damaged parcel areas check कराएं।

Parcel locate होने के बाद warehouse receipt, inward number, parcel weight, seal condition और inventory queue verify करें।

Inventory start होने पर book count, exact title matching, language, practical file, assignment booklet, project guideline, missing material और damage status check करें।

Replacement approval से पहले correct books list, quantity, stock, student address, pincode और current active mobile recheck करें।

Replacement parcel की booking में पुराने, consultant या गलत mobile की जगह verified active contact number दर्ज कराएं।

New tracking number save करें और correct replacement parcel receive होने पर sealed opening video बनाकर title-wise verification करें।

Refund approve होने पर actual bank credit और refund reference check करें। Approval को final credit न मानें।

Booking mobile verification, tracking correction, delivery proof, student mapping, warehouse inward, inventory verification, correct replacement delivery और सभी pending issues complete होने के बाद ही final complaint closure confirm करें।

Mobile correction, booking-SMS recovery, tracking update, warehouse inward, replacement release या refund के नाम पर banking OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, banking password, unknown APK या screen-sharing access किसी को न दें।

Books booking-mobile verification या correct replacement delivery को academic qualification, professional registration, independent medical practice permission, government-job eligibility या employment guarantee के समान नहीं समझना चाहिए।
