Payment के बाद screenshot, transaction ID और official receipt सुरक्षित रखें। Payment app में successful status दिखना useful है, लेकिन student and course mapping भी confirm करें।
Amount debit होने के बाद payment pending या failed दिखे तो duplicate payment तुरंत न करें। Transaction reference के साथ written verification request submit करें।
Wrong student, wrong course, duplicate payment या extra amount की स्थिति में refund या adjustment policy written form में verify करें।
Payment verify होने के बाद books-order confirmation, complete address, dispatch status, courier company और tracking number separately check करें।
Refund के नाम पर OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV, password या screen-sharing access किसी को न दें।
Books payment, receipt और courier confirmation को academic qualification, professional registration, independent professional practice permission, government-job eligibility या employment guarantee के समान नहीं समझना चाहिए।
